ABOUT US

Acer Property Investors purchases real estate across the US, focusing on unused or unwanted vacant land. If you are looking to sell your vacant land, we'd like to see if we can make you an offer.

We're a PA-based company with a small team. That means we're closely involved in every transaction - no passing you off to call center staff or your deal slipping through the cracks.

We've been investing in land since 2019. We've bought and sold properties all across the US, but right now we're prioritizing our home state of PA. Outside of PA, please still bring us your land - we'll take a look!! if it's not right for us, we might be able to find a partner for you!

Why land?

What started out as an interest in obtaining some recreational land for the family, has developed into a full-blown passion. We've learned there is so much vacant property out there where the owners have no interest in keeping or maintaining the lots, and figuring out solutions to those situations has been exciting, gratifying, and fun!
